Find us on the web at: bike.meetup.com The Best OC Cycling Group was formed by people who enjoy riding bicycles for pleasure. It is NOT competition oriented, nor are our rides geared for "training" purposes. We like to get together on weekend mornings, ride around various locations in the greater OC area, and usually get together for lunch afterward. Our group is interesting because members like to ride a wide variety of vehicles. In our group you will find road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrids, comfort bikes, tandems, recumbent bikes and trikes and an occasional beach cruiser -- anything as long as it has wheels that require human power turning some pedals! (note that because of distances and hills, we don't recommend beach cruisers, but if you are up to it... come on along) We ride mostly on paved bike trails and try to keep time on the streets to a minimum.
